Abstract
RESUMEN
La reforma al régimen de pensiones, en este caso el régimen del ISS, ha suscitado diferentes debates por su intención misma de propender hacia la privatización. Se pretende seguir como modelo el régimen privado de pensiones chileno, iniciado en 1981 con base en el principio de capitalización individual.
