Bioinformatics   is   a   science   which   allows   investigators   to   acquire, organize, access, store, analyze or visualize complex data mostly related with biological systems. Bioinformatics requires software tools that allow data management, hypothesis evaluation and interpretation of biological outcomes. Then, this article describes some tools and software used in Bioinformatics.
