The Territorial Order Plan and its socio- economic focus

Abstract
The Territorial Order Plan is a tool that all districts and municipals have to plan and order their territories; it aims at integrating socio- economic and physical planning, as well as respect for the natural environment. In this research paper, some elements such as population, mix of races and educational level are analyzed. We also study tectonic and meteorological phenomena such as rain, dryness and landslides, setting them up as an instrument that should be part of government policies. For this reason, we should ease sustainable development, contributing to government policies and public sector management to conduct the regulation and promotion of social development and human shelters
