An entrepreneurship can not only be focused on the idea, but also on how it should be carried out. For this, an entrepreneur needs to have perseverance and to be able to learn, research, be informed and know how to materialize this idea. This research work tries to provide consolidated information which is already in the web, and due to its length, we need to describe the most relevant aspects in a very simple language for those people who intend to create their own company but they don ́t know how to do it or even those people who haven ́t realized about the potential of their ideas. Similarly, a real, current and ordinary case of success is presented which makes us explore and reflect on this topic.
