The article presents a number of implications and / or consequences of illegal mining in different areas
of sustainable development, such as the economic, social and environmental areas. With the support of
holders and figures, the article explains how the country’s natural resources are being wasted leading to
unemployment, lack of training and lack of confidence on behalf of investors.
