Abstract

This research analyzes the living standards of Colombian households up to the year 2014, both in an objective and subjective manner. To achieve this, the population was subdivided according to their socioeconomic status in order to study the internal and external characteristics of households, asset holdings and life satisfaction level. The results of this research indicate the progress of the country and determine the variables that are required to improve the quality of life of Colombian people.
