The organization and structure of health services becomes problematic when it trying to ensure the integrity and continuity of service to its users, that means fragments in health services and therefore inefficient. The Networks Integrated Health Services (NIHS) are viewed as a strategy with solid and proven foundation to support the organization of health systems and in this way, find that they comply with the purpose of improving health outcomes of communities. One of the central components of the NIHS is to develop ICTs become the strongest of its pillars, as if these networks fail are left without their strategic focus.
