Emprendimiento: visiones desde las teorias del comportamiento humano
Abstract
El artículo tiene como objeto presentar una aproximación al emprendimiento desde el marco teórico del comportamiento humano, visto desde la perspectiva de las teorías Etológicas y principalmente desde el punto de vista psicológico. Se busca mediante el análisis identificar las características internas y las habilidades (competencias) que poseen los emprendedores, respondiendo así a la pregunta de si los emprendedores se hacen o nacen.
