Strategy to manage technology generating real value for internal users
Abstract
This article presents the issues that the areas of technology have to face when managing processes and services without generating real value for the internal customers of the organization. The purpose is to establish a strategy for service provision and technology management, aimed at improving the communication between suppliers and internal customers within an organization. From the results, it was concluded that the area of Information Technology (IT) should be aligned with the strategic objectives, it must be nourished by the organization so it knows, assists and supports it with good practices, and that the communication between the area of technology and the internal customer must be transmitted in a way that the user understands it, values it, and assimilates it.
