MMGO® matrix, a tool to stimulate the development of technological skills in the business context

For the training of its students, the EAN University proposes an educational model based on the development of three types of competences: the basic competences, relevant to the communicative and cognitive strengthening; the nuclear competences, concerning the disciplinary themes of each program; and the transversal competences, considered the integral seal of the EAN professional due to the development of the dimensions concerning the entrepreneurial, humanistic, investigative and technological facts that every EAN University graduate must assimilate and apply in a business context.
In view of the foregoing, this article presents the experience of a group of students of the EAN University who have developed these technological competences in the business context from the Modernization Model for the Management of Organizations (MMGO®).
