This paper will explore the impact that virtuality as a perspective in the education-communication dichotomy has had, through the development of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The objective of this study is to analyze the education-communication relationship from virtuality, as a perspective, for which an exploration of the concepts of education and communication was made, considering both from the virtual field and establishing their relationship from the virtuality. The methodology used was documentary-style. It concludes that virtuality is a perspective on the education-communication relationship, because it is through the virtual classroom that the educational system has created other conditions and expectations in a more dynamic and changing environment due to the new communication forms, therefore, many educational institutions were forced to make changes in technology, procedures and their teaching and learning methods.
