This article provides the results of research designed to diagnose the knowledge in students and professors about the virtual model of the Faculty of Education in Virtual Environments, EAN University. There have been different teaching methods that have been used throughout history to make significant progress in learning issues, with the aim of being more efficient and effective for students and teachers.

The EAN University, committed to quality education, finds in this study the possibility of understanding how their learning model is understood by students and teachers to have a diagnosis. This provide to find strengths and weaknesses, while serve of guide in future actions for the better understanding of their model as compared to those offered by other institutions.
